I need Help

I am going to send Willie Nelson a autograph request VV. For his concert in Orange Beach,AL. The concert is 7-26-08. When should I send it (I live in Louisville,Y. Also I have a reason for sending it to the Orange Beach address instead of the Louisville Address.) According to his website it is at a place called The Wharf. Now I am very familiar w/ Orange Beach since I go to Gulf Shores,AL every year and I am going there in November.

Anyway what would I put on the envelope?

Ok here is what i'll tell you:

regarding what to put on the envolope: put where the concert is taking place (ex: staduim, field.......ect)

When too send: maybe 4-5 days before concert. (never know how long it takes stuff to be sent through snail mail)!
