NCAA Sports, Arena Football League, and Minor League Basebal

I see address here for professional teams such as the nfl, mlb, nba, etc.., it looks most of them send fan packs, But I am wondering do NCAA College teams, Arena Football league and minor league baseball teams generally send out fan packs on request? Hopefully someone here has tried before, thank you. P.S. I have just tried emailing some from their websites (no answers yet), I am just wondering if anyone here knows from experience.

there has been successes from minor league team addresses, and I see no reason Arena football players wouldnt sign. but you will have problems with collage players. most schools wont let the players sign through the mail. something about NCAA rules

Thanks, But I ment Fan packs which usually have magnet schedules, team photos, etc.
