You can go to your post office and ask them if they have IRCs (International Reply Coupons) they are used to have the person trade them for stamps and they will use the stamps to send you something back. When sending fan mail, put it in a envelope along with an SAE (Self Addressed Envelope). To do that, you take 2 large envelopes and then write your address in the middle of one envelope and fold it so you can put it in the other envelope. For the other envelope, write the celeb's address. Sometimes, the celebrity will also send you something back even if you don't send them return postage...don't worry, I have tried before. But different celebrities have different expectations so please fell free to search the celebrity that you want to send fan mail to on this site and look over some of the feedbacks so you will know what to do. Welcome to fanmail.biz

Thank you very much for your warm welcome.
I have asked on my post offices if they has the IRC, but they don't.....
And even though some celebrities as you say might send the items back without having the return postage, most of them might not do it....
Is there any way I can get UK stamps?? just in cases....
Like I said, I'm new here, and I want to start sending out some letters w/ photos to a few actors I really admire... and I don't know if they reply without the postage (Colin Firth, Matthew Macfadyen, Hugh Laurie, Jeremy Irons and Richard Armitage ....these are the first ones I would like to try to get).
So, all help is much appreciated for me to start.
