Unfortunately, my country (Malaysia)'s Post Offices 'conviniently' decided to STOP selling INTERNATIONAL REPLY COUPONS!!!

Nothing I can do much about it. I sent a complaint letter to the PostOffice and hoping they would start selling IRCs again.

So now I am patiently waiting and hoping Zach can reply without any IRCs... *sobs*

Yeah I was going to suggest sending some money, I've done that in the past. Just put a dollar in with your letter. A lot of celebrities send it back to you, but atleast they know you tried!

Just make sure you hand write your letter. You might get a better response if you do so. He's getting very picky who he signs for these days, and I know he prefers hand written letters.
