international recorded & a return service from the uk

is it possible to send an international recorded delivery to the usa,and also a pre-payed return envolope for actor to send back,our is this service not avalible from the uk to the usa,help!!!!

You can send "International signed for" from the UK to the US, yes, it costs £3.50 on top of normal postage costs.

I dont know about signed for services on the way back though.
