UK Postage from UK to USA

Hello! I was planning to purchase some UK postage since the post offices around me do not seem to "get" the IRC thing.

Can anyone tell me if ONE UK First Class LARGE stamp will work on a 9 x 12 inch envelope with one or two sheets of paper in it?

I would appreciate any help...I'm math challenged and can't figure out all the specifications!

Im not sure what you are asking here, but you cann't use UK stamps in the USA if this helps {thumb2} , PM me if you need more assitance {love}

I usually put 3 2nd class stamps on a 15x10 (roughly) envelope and it usually has about 2 pics, 1 piece of paper, sase, and a piece of card!

I'm so sorry I wasn't more clear.

I plan to send my request to the UK with US stamps, however, I was planning to include a SASE for the return photo with UK First Class Large Stamps...does anyone know if a 9 x 12 inch envelope will make the return trip from the UK to the USA with one First Class Large stamp? Or should I do two??

Ok i understand you now {thumb2} ,

Well when i send from the UK to America it normally cost's Around £1.90, to send a A4 sized envelope with 2 pictures and a letter in, The 1st Class Large Stamp is worth £0.52, so going of that I'd say you need 4 , But thats to be on the safe side, i might be wrong {thumb2}

if you put 4 stamps on the envelope and they are not all required then the post office will not stamp them and you can reuse them so you won't be losing any money unless of course the celeb doesn't reply
