Heres afew tips I've picked up.......

1.Celebrities get sent thousands of letters! So make your Intresting!

2.Personalise yours. (maybe colour your letter in).

3.Use words Like "Please" And "Thank You" (Be Polite).

4.Wait Patiently for a reply. The Celebrities Are Busy!

5.Send more than one. So your more likely to recceive a reply.

here are some more tips:

1. Your chances are increased by sending atleast a SAE!!

2. make your compliments most of the letter!!

Always say what you have liked from there work.

Tell them how much it would mean to you if you had their autograph.

Always include an SASE.

also try to avoid sending mail at certain times of the year. Like around christmas time. People are sending gifts,cards, just basically as lot of mail. so the likely hood of it getting lost is greater. and plus they maynot get it as fast

I do not think it will help.

I tend to agree - writing 'Please reply' should not make your chances any higher, it could in fact work against you... The main thing is that you are patient and let the celeb reply in their own time, most of them lead busy lives and we must appreciate this.

I think you might be onto something there! Celebrities do get loads of mail, and it is nice for them to open a letter and find that somebody is giving them something up front, rather than immediately being expected to provide something

After all, celebrities are people like the rest of us and it is nice to get something. In my opinion it could really help your collecting
