Buy U.S stamps?

I'm thinking of sending a letter to the U.S from Sweden and I really want to send a SASE, since it's to a venue. So, are there any kind of international stamps? That'll work in different countries almost like an IRC: only that they're stamps?
My country doesn't sell IRC:s, otherwise I'd bought some. I have sent money before, but I prefer to send stamps.
Can I buy U.S stamps from someone here on Fanmail?
