A lot of help needed on via venue!!

Hello, the pussycat dolls are coming to Adelaide in about a fortnights time! I did not have the money for tickets sadly, but I really would like their autographs. I have several questions about sending via venue, I am very nervous because you only get one shot, if it stuffs up, that's the opportunity gone!

For all of these questions,take into account I am sending to the venue in my own state

1. How long before the concert should I wait before sending?
2. If I send an envelope containing the SASE envelope, a photo and a magazine page, would two 55cent stamps on each 8 by 10 (roughly) envelope be enough?
3. If writing via venue, is it essential to supply your own pic?
4. As a "backup" if you will, in case something goes wrong with the letter,Is it possible to meet the girls before the concert, either at the venue, or a hotel? Are they nice IP with fans?

Not sure if there nice IP - I'm sure they are. You might be able to meet them like 3 hours before they perform when they are getting mics ready and stuff and afterwards you might be able to wait by the stage door or something

Send about 1 week before they are due to preform.

Same as EastendersFan - Im from the UK to so Im not sure about cents.

It would be best to include your own picture because celebs do not usually take pictures VV with them.

You could try and see them IP but Im not sure if they will sign or not.

In the bottom, right hand corner of the envelope write 'Hold for The PussyCat Dolls on *****'

2. The concert starts at roughly 7.30 I think, so if I am there about 4.30, I can meet them even if I dont have tickets?
That should be about the right time to meet them.

Yes put that on the bottom right hand corner. Put the date they perform at the end of the sentance

It would be best. I have even heard of people supplying a pen!

I think so - Do a bit of research and contact the hotel. Be really polite and they might let you

I think so - If you meet them outside then all will be fine.
