printing pics to get signed?
when you print pictures off your computer to get signed by celebs do you need a special printer to print these on photo paper or whatever its called?
Re: printing pics to get signed?
Hello and welcome to fanmail.biz!
You do not need a special printer, just a printer that works
i think any printer will let you use photo paper

Hi Qbolby!
Welcome to fanmail.
As Ryco said, and computer should work with photo paper.
Good luck!

Hiya Qbolby,
Firstly, welcome to Fanmail.biz!
Are you a new collector, or did you collect autographs before signing up?
A normal printer with photo paper will be fine, just be sure to change the settings to photo paper or whatever seems most like the paper you are using, to get the best result.
Alternatively, you can upload your photos and pay to print them and have them delivered on a photo printing online store.
Happy collecting! {thumb2}

Re: printing pics to get signed?
Most printers will be fine with photo paper, recently, however, my printer doesn't seem to accept certain brands.
I've been using heavy cardstock for my recent photos. For 100 sheets it's about $9, versus 10 sheets of photo paper for about $20. Just a thought in these hard economic times.
And if you'd like high-quality photos to print, I use Google image search and use the "large" or "extra large" photo size filters.
