The Size of a SASE....
Hello! Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but if I am providing a return envelope, and it is the same size as the envelope i sent it in, is it acceptable to fold it in half so it will fit??

Hi Jaffer!
Yes you can fold it in half and it's acceptable to do that. I used to do that. As long as you provide the appropriate postage, it's fine.

I actually fold mine three times and stuff it into a regular letter-sized envelope, and I've gotten replies that way, so you should be totally fine!

This is the only way I have been able to fit SASE's in my envelopes.
I don't see any other way around it...unless you don't want to send an SASE.

Hi Jaffer
If you're sending something to sign the SASE only needs to be big enough to fit whatever you want returned.
If you're not sending something - I would recommend a large 8x12 SASE.
It's perfectly fine to fold your SASE to fit the envelope you're sending everything in.
Good luck!
