Need beginners help

I know there are some topics about this, but i dont understand them very well (my english is not that good).

I want to send (for example) a letter to Bonnie Wright, and want to send pictures along with them to sign.
What do i need to put in the letter
What do i need to send along (i don't know nothing about SASE and IRC (or how that thing is named)).

This is my first time i will send it (from the netherlands) so maybe somebody can put on a little help to me..

If you want to send a request to any celebrity you have to:
1. Write a nice letter saying why you like this celebrity.
2. You dont need to send a SASE a sase is a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope.
3. In the letter mention you want an autograph but ask nicely.

Hello ,

1. To start out you can write something about yourself (name, age, interests...), so it will be more interesting for the celebrity, you're writing. Than you can write how much you admire her/him and which movies you love the most. You can check out IMDB or google to find some interesting info about the star. Maybe you have something in common? If so, write about it. Just always remember to be polite.

2. To send a request you need a bigger and smaller envelope. On the bigger one you should put a star's address of an agency, on the smaller (SASE) - your address and stamps. You can also send a photo to sign, but usually celebrities have their own.
In the end all of your stuff (a letter, photo to sign and SASE) put in the bigger envelope, that's all.

-SASE - Self Addresses Stamped Envelope - you should send it, so the celebrity can return your photo back signed.

On the SASE you have to put the right ammount of postage to cover the letter being returned to you

And that is just the problem. I live in the netherlands and i send the stuff to england..

So you need English stamps. You can order them through the internet I think (I'm not sure about that) or post a topic about it here:

But i read something about irc's that you can put in the envelop and then can buy stamps with it.. Or something like that?

Yes, IRCs can be used too. IRC means International Replay Cupon. You can get them at local post office. Celebrity can then exchange an IRC for a stamps so they do not need to pay anything.
