Question about via venue, when to send letter

Hi, I live in Denmark, and I'm looking to send a letter to Taylor Swift in London, UK the 23rd november
And a letter to Britney Spears in Melbourne, Australia the 27th november
Could anyone tell me about when to send my letters?

Well, i would send between 5 and 7 days internationally.
