so is there any other correct way I can ask about my name? (my English name is Shane.)
How do you like my English name, Shane?
How's my English name, Shane?
Do you like my English name, Shane?
any better ones? (I need questions which can lead to more than just 'yes or no' answer.)
'I feel down when somebody mistakes my name as a name for girls'
Is this sentence correct?
I need a title for my questionnaire to Josh Duhamel. Can you guys help me?
Will my letter(not questionnaire) and autograph return together? Or Josh will keep the letter himself?
PS. Check the questionnaire here --> viewtopic.php?f=117&t=151771

You really don't need to get so personal as to ask him what he thinks of your name, or to share your frustration when people think it's a girl's name. Just cover a few main points: A little about you, why you're a fan, and ask for an autograph. It should be about a page or so handwritten, maybe less.

First off, I see that you're really trying to write a great letter, so I'll try to help!
I agree with Lauren81492. It doesn't need to be so personal or long. Basically, just tell him a few things about you, and (of course!) that you're a fan and then request the autograph. Honestly if your letter is too long the celebrity may become bored, so it's best to keep it at 1 page!
But in the end it's still your letter and it's always your choice what to write.
Most of the time, NO, the celebrity does not return your letter.
Good luck!!

Thank you guys^^
I wrote it on the paper (A4) and kept it at one whole page (thought there are still few words on the back, but I think it doesn't matter.) And I used two paper (A4) to write my questionnaire which consists of 18 questions, 9 questions per page.
Does that sound ok? 'Cause I'm almost done and I'm going to send it out.
