Postage from USA to UK?

Unread post by Theo67 »

Hello all,

Just wondered if anyone can help with this?

I'm in the UK & I'm planning to send a few letters to the US in the next couple of days. I have bought twenty 42c stamps.

How many US stamps shall I put on my SASE to ensure they get to the UK safely?

Thanks very much.

Hey Theo67 :D
How much postage you would need, depends on the size and weight of your envelope.

It depends on your SASE's size.

If it is a small SASE it will be 0.98

Larger sases need at least 1.24 but if it is heavy it will need more.

Let me know the size of the envelope and what will be in it and I can be more specific. {thumb2}

Here is a site you can go to to calculate the postage: http://www.usps.com/calculateintlpostag ... tionalpost

It will help to take the guess work out of it. I'd add an extra stamp just to be on the safe side, since you never know if the celebrity might throw in something extra for you.
