Help Please ~

I'm from Trinidad and I'm really getting into this forum and decided to start sending out fan mail...
However my country's postal service doesn't have the new IRC's and its really ruining the hype i had.They don't even know if they would be getting the new ones..

I wrote several letters during this week and headed to my post office.... they sold me IRCs that had expired since last month, insisting that an expiration date doesn't matter.. So i'm stuck with fan mail ...i should just make paper planes with them

My question is.... Other than IRC's for paying the return postage is there another option?
I know its not advised but could i Just put US cash in to pay for it?
I'm trying to make this as easy as possible for the Celeb and I know US is accepted everywhere

Of course you can put Us cash! That's what I started to do last fall and I haven't had any problems with that yet. But note that some people sign only if you enclose SASE (Christian Bale for an example, that's how I lost my favourite card because I had no idea about it). So you better check before sending anything out if there have been a success with sending only SAE or sending money or enclosing IRC's.
Whoa! That's crazy How could they sold you expired IRC's?! What a jerks! :neutral:
You can also buy some stamps from our US or UK users, ask if anyone is willing to sell you some in Wanted section .

I never use US cash for UK-they have pounds there so US cash it's useless. I use UK stamps.
For US I use 1 or 2$.

I think you should complain to TTPost about your post office branch selling you expired IRCs. You should have your money refunded because that's completely out of order. :neutral:

I complained alot actually ... I told them that i spoke to the Universal Postal Union, International Bureau and they have no idea why TTpost would supply the old ones.
It was a lie though! I didnt call anyone but i know what i was saying was factual.

I think i got the manager a little shaken up .
I told the manager that i'm coming for my refund tomorrow ...he didnt reply lol

He didnt even say sorry but life goes on ....
