Help with Celine

I've been a Celine Dion fan for over 15 years now and I would love her autograph more than anything.
I wrote to her fanclub many times and i get the same reply that most of her fans get " Celine is too busy"
I believe that they don't link Celine to her fans anymore. and its costly for me to mail her from my country.

Is there anyway to ensure she gets my mail?
Whats the best place to write her at?
I know shes in NY alot lately


Any tips and hints would be greatly appreciated
