Writing about you?

Unread post by Rebecca Jayne »

Hi!

I'm not completely new but would like some advice.

I've heard that some 'celebs' like hearing about their fans but I've never really put in a letter about me; as in my age, my likes and interests - so, I was just wondering how would I go about doing it?

For example: I'm sending some New Year wishes to some successes I have had in '09 and I thought about saying something about what I have lined up for this year - is that the sort of idea?

Thanks Fanmail! I have no idea what I would do without this site! :lol:

{up}
Recent Successes: Damian Lewis, David Tennent, Peter Facinelli
Most Wanted: Lost cast, Dexter cast, Grey's Anatomy cast, Lady Gaga, Casualty cast and many more! :D
Favourite: Michael French (with note!) {??}
Next to Send: Michael C Hall {up}

Hello,

I usually start with Hello, my name is (include your name), I am (number) years old. Then I usually include a fact such as I have dual nationality in the UK and Australia!

You don't have to include the fact, I just like to think that they get to know something about me and for a brief moment they know who I am!!

Cheers,
-Rebecca :D

Dear Mr/s __insert name here__

my name is Dalton churchill. I am a 17 year old student in ________,Ontario, Canada. I will be gradutating this spring and i plan on going to university to study history and political sciences. In my spar time i enjoy martial arts, wrestling and hanging out with my friends.

mine usually looks like this. it works too...cause most of the time i will ask what the celeb likes to do in their spare time, so if i put in what i like to do, they willbe more likely to tell me.

I always tell them my name, age and where I live. A few times I wrote what and where I study or other things, but I felt weird, like "What are they to do with that?" sort of feeling. However, sometimes I add more information where it fits like when I'm writing to a tennis player I tell them I've played tennis myself and such.
