As far as I know, that's incorrect. An IRC is worth the minimum amount of postage necessary to airmail a letter internationally. Oh right - thanks for the info. I've just looked on the Royal Mail website (where I had originally got the figure of 20g from) and they've now updated the page, since the expiry of the old edition of IRC: http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/cont ... d=27000662 so in Britain they are worth 62p of stamps.
