Hi - First of all, this is the wrong forum for this question - This is only for successes/RTS/feedback, etc..... Not questions - Mods may move it:-)
However, I sent to him on 9-4-09 and have NOT received anything back - I was told he is NOT a good TTM signer, so u may be wasting your time - Please PM me the address you are sending to and ill tell u if that is the same one I used - May save you some time ... and frustration ... Thanks

You can purchase International Reply Coupons at your post office which you include with your letter & return envelope (you dont stick them on it). Your intended recipient then takes them to their post office and exchanges them for stamps. I suggest including 2-3 IRC. If your post office claims they no longer exist, ask to speak to a manager or go to another (larger) post office. They can be difficult to track down, but they DO exist.
That is not an unusual wait for an autograph, though it's obviously not preferable. It's not unusual to get replies that take over a year or even two (and I'm not just talking about Mr Macchio).Mjr Frank Burns wrote:However, I sent to him on 9-4-09 and have NOT received anything back - I was told he is NOT a good TTM signer, so u may be wasting your time - Please PM me the address you are sending to and ill tell u if that is the same one I used - May save you some time ... and frustration ...
