Does anyone know the right IRC procedure?
cause yesterday I went to a different post office and I asked to buy an IRC but the man said he hadn't sold one for years and he's not really sure, but he tried anyway, he stamped the IRC.
is that right?
cuz I haven't sent TTM fanmail for about 2 years so Im no help to myself. But my biggest problem is if its still valid lol.
he didn't charge me for the IRC but i don't know if it will work. So should I send one again?
thanks =]

Re: IRC proceure
Hi abbey123,
IRC's usually cost a little over $2 (sorry, I don't know the exact amount), so he should have charged you for one. They do ink stamp them. Here's an example of an IRC: http://www.dailydx.com/images/irc2007.jpg
I hope that helps some. Let me know if you have any further questions.
