IRC's in Finland cost 1.70 e, don't know about the redeem value..

in Belgium an IRC is €2,00 and the redeem value is €1,05

I only use IRC's for Australia and Canada cause there live only a few people I want to contact. For the US and UK I just use stamps. It´s cheaper (and easier I think)

They don't even sell IRC's in the Netherlands
I'm trying to get them from somebody who lives in Belgium.

Right now I'm getting a really good idea. My mom has a old friend who lives near Belgium. I know her.
If I'll ask her to buy me some IRC's and send them, I'm good

IRC's cost €2.00 to buy in Germany. No idea what they redeem at.

IRC's cost 2€ in Belgium. I've been told they redeem for 1,15€.

I'm new here and am about to send my first photos. I want to send 3 photos and a SAE in a normal envelope. Is it enough to add 1 IRC?
