Sending 8X10 from UK- PLEASE HELP ME

So I have just found these informations about prices for sending the letters from UK:

however, I need to know what is 8x10 envelope:

Letter

or

Small packets and printed papers?

It would be classed as a large letter, if you're just getting a photo back. It all depends on the weight though, as it says on the website.
