You can buy rigid Ultra-PRO top loader protectors on ebay or the Ultra-PRO website. {up}

They are known in the collecting world as toploaders. They come in various sizes for different sized photos or cards. The two prominent companies that make them are Ultra-Pro and BCW. I only use Ultra-Pro. I have found the BCW products to be inferior. But that's just me.

I haven't found a way to purchase them directly from the Ultra-Pro website myself. If I have to I'll buy them from an eBay dealer, but I'd rather purchase them locally if I can. You most likely won't find them at places like Walmart or Target, and definitely won't find them at office supply stores. Your best bet locally would be to visit sports card shops or comic book stores. A good place to look would be collectors fests or conventions. In fact I'm travelling to a signing at a collectors fest in Syracuse next month and will be stocking up on things like 8x10 toploaders, baseball cubes, and other assorted goodies for next year since they are not very easy to find in my neck of the woods.

If you do have a hard time finding them locally it is possible that one of the stores might be willing to order them for you. Get a price first and then check out the prices on eBay before committing. Then make up your mind from there. Sometimes eBay is cheaper, but make sure you consider the shipping charges when comparing prices.
