I have visited his website and seen his price list for signed stuff, do you think he would sign a index card if I include a 5 dollar bill? Also, is there any chance I wont get it back at all?

You would be better off sending a baseball card. He might sign that for 5 bucks, but I doubt it. There have been random successes posted where people have claimed they got him for free. But I wouldn't push it. I'm not sure about his fee requirements for TTMs, but I would guess around $25.00 or so would be more likely to result in a success. Cash only.

As for sending an index card, I wouldn't do that. A lot of the guys don't like to sign them, for fear of identity theft.

Same goes with Bench. I mean Johnny Bench he does the same thing weird...
