I e-mailed an author asking if I could have their address to request an autographed bookplate. They e-mailed me back with their address. The only thing is that they also asked me to send them bookplates, which I don't have. Where do I find blank bookplates?? I've tried Barnes and Noble, but they had designs on them that I did not want. I could try printing my own, using Avery labels, but I couldn't cut them out individually because there is no space between the labels on the sheet. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

I usually just buy a package of 3 x4 white labels and send them out.
Rust never sleeps! The futures uncertain and the end is always near!!!!

Or you could simply go with a design that you like the best. Sometimes you won't be able to find the exact item you want signed, but the important thing is the autograph -- not what they sign on.
