No. You send back a SASE big enough for the pictures you're sending to fit.

It depends who you're sending to/what you're sending.
Some celebrities are known to pay postage back, supply an envelope/picture, ect.
You need to make sure you send a SASE that is as big as the picture you send/expect back.
What I usually do is print out to smalled photos to send (4x6), and just send a smaller letter-sized SASE.

If the celeb sends out that size, then yes. In the past I find they normally supply their own hardbacked envelopes for larger photographs.

Safe bet, start small and send a normal postcard sized sae with a question amongst your LoR asking for any larger promo pics for future corrispondence. You may get everything back at once as a bonus deal.
