It's up to you whether you want to use this address or not.
The address you listed is for via venue and according to the date, is valid up until the 30th of April 2006.
You can choose whether to send to him via venue, or if you don't want to, then you can send to his regular agents address.
The advantage with sending via venue is that you may have a chance of receving an authentic autograph for celebrities who don't normally sign (some celebrities only send PP/Autopen/Secretarials/Stamped TTM) or get something back quicker than had you sent via an agent. Generally, if a celebrity doesn't get around to signing via venue, he or she will have the mail forwarded to his/her agent to be dealt with at a later date.
Good luck on whichever address you choose to write to.

EDIT: If you do decide to send via venue, many celebrities including George Clooney may not have photographs readily available for them to send out. It is advisable for you to send something for them to sign.
You can address the letter as follows:
Mr George Clooney
"Michael Clayton"
c/o Clayton Productions Llc
176 Grand Street
4th Floor
New York, NY 10013
