Sending a cap throught the mail, from S'pore to Switzerland

Hello, first post here, bear with me!

I would like Fabian Cancellara to sign an item for me, more specifically, this: http://www.prendas.co.uk/details.asp?ty ... 39&ID=2946

These are unlike normal caps, they fold flat and weigh about 40g, tops. They have no problem fitting in an envelope.

But can such an item be sent as a regular mail, or might it need to be sent as a parcel etc?

Any idea how many IRCs should put in? I've checked the swiss post website and couldnt find any info regarding shipping cost/weight. I think 5 should be more than enough?

Also, regarding Mr Cancellara's address, there seem to be a few, all different.
