Whats better..Manager or Agent ?

I just wanted peoples opinions on this because i plan on sending to somone who i have their managers name and address and their agents name and address so who do you think you have a better chance sending to from past experiences with managers and agents.I was thinking the manager might be better because a manager seems like they would be closer to the celebrity and talk to them more than a agent but im not sure. I would like opinions on this please because i dont feel like sending to both at once ?

Over the years I've sent to both & have gotten replies from both as well. All depends on how often the particular celebrity visits each one to pick up their mail. some let it build up and then the management or Agent boxes it all up and mails it to the celebrity to sort through.
