Try tinypic.com or image-fast.com, I'm not sure about photobucket.com on phones.

You should be able to! If you hook your phone up to a computer. My friend has one that uses a USB cable and he can access the photos and videos that he's taken and store them on his computer or CD. {thumb2}

I'm not sure if you can upload photos directly to PB via your phone. You'll have to check the site and see. {thumb2} I think I saw something about doing that but never checked it out.
