I sent 1 day for the one concert and luckily I live like 5 mins from the venue so it definitely got there and the others I sent 3 days. It's fustrating for sure....... But it's ok I am used to it by now. My friend tried her at Letterman a year ago and she skipped him and then he tried at her hotel same deal. I have heard her manager is a real jerk so maybe that's why? Who knows.........
