Where do you get your photos then...from a magazine? Otherwise it would be really expensive. Do you even send them to the stars who you know send their own picture?

I always send a picture as well, I print mine off the computer as I have a high quality printer.

If you send your own picture you sometimes get that signed and the celebrity sends their own picture! and I prefer sending my own picture as I can get one from a movie I like.

Fair play to you! {up} {up} {up}

I personally almost never send photos, but I am not collecting for myself. I can totally understand why you would want a picture of a celeb sometimes in a film you really like.

All I try to point out to new collectors is that you really shouldn't stress about sending out your own photo unless you especially want to. I have yet to encounter a celebrity who does not have photos of themselves!

I have a high quality printer, but the ink costs SO much, so I don't print pictures.

Hi,

I'm with you there. Ink is really expensive.

I have found several suppliers on the Internet though who sell compatible cartridges which I have found to be every bit as good (despite what Epson says!)

Epson original carts for my printer would be £24.99 (mono) and £27.99 (colour), but the supplier I found sells compatibles for £2.99 (mono or colour)!

So even if over a period of time my printer fails, I have already saved more than the cost of it after a couple of carts!!!!!!

Cheers

I'll PM you the supplier details if you like?

Can you just ask the person whose autograph you want to give you one of their pictures/headshots? I think that would be way easier, especially since they probably have tons of them anyway.
