I keep a record on Excel. It's the easiest way.

I just use a piece of paper and since I hadn't used a lot of SASE's I could remember which one was which. (I used a lot of odd sized ones
)
But recently I have sent out more SASE's and I wrote (in pencil) the first name of the person on the back in a corner.

you dont have to have a specific program downloaded on your computer to keep track. if you go on google.com and register with like an email address then when you are logged in you can choose "my account" and then "docs and spreadsheets". it is just like excel and you can save the information and edit it and everything. good luck!
