As far as I know, I think you would be able to send $2 to England. I've heard about some who did it and it worked, but I do not know if the celebrity actually used the dollar bill.

Thanks! I'm kinda new to this all. I've sent some letters before but haven't done it "properly" and have never gotten anything back. I've gotten in person autographs but never any through mail. I ended up sending the letter without the $2 (I sent it before I got any replies ) but the other people who'd sent to this person said they just sent a SAE so I figured I'd try it. I also included an apology note telling him I was sorry but my post office didn't carry IRC's lol.

It's actually Ben Barnes I was sending to! I read on here that a couple people just sent SAE so I figured I'd try that. I made my letter stand out A LOT in the hopes that it would get noticed. I also decorated the envelope with stars and swirls in different colors. I'm hoping!
