Most people will supply a headshot, its personal preference really whether you want to send something to be signed or not. The only time I would say it is better to send a picture is writing via venue!

i heard that some celebs will send a PP or autopen if you don't send anything for them to sign..but like Emma said when writing via venue it's always recommended to send your own photo.
