HOw to send a SASE

So I read the suggested posts (thank you) and it sounds like

Fan Letter/cardboard/SASE go inside the bigger envelope (addressed to celeb's address/agent)
My question is, since lots of these fan letters get forwarded to the celeb....

Do I need to put the Fan letter/Cardboard/SASE inside an envelope (with Celeb's name, but no address so it can be forwrded by agent) and then put all that inside another envelope sent to Celeb's Agent?

So it would be like:
Fan letter/Cardboard/SASE
inside of
Envelope to forward to Celeb (with name but no address)
inside of
Envelope Addressed to Talent Agent/PR/Fan Mail Site

Or can I just skip the "middle" envelope and trust the entire outside envelope will get forwarded?
