Are Celebrity Merchandise orders sent together all at once?

I wasn't sure to put it in this forum or the sfm/cm forum, but I thought since it was a question, it should go in this one. I know Studio Fan Mail requests are sent seperatley, but are Celebrity Merchandise orders sent together or seperate for each photo request? Thanks.
