Where can I find high quality photographs?

Hi Everyone
I wasn't sure which forum to post this in, but because this is a forum for asking questions, I decided to put this here
.
I have realized that buying photohraphs off ebay everytime I want one for someone to sign would end up costing me a fortune, and am hoping to do what others are doing and develop my own photos after finding HQ images on the internet.
Right now, I'm searching for big images from the TV series The Man From Uncle - does anyone know where I could find ones large enough to print off?

I am not familier with that TV show but here is my advice. Sometimes the official website (or fan sites) will have large images, otherwise I would recommend searching google for the name of the star you want, the choose "extra large images" or "large images"
I look for anything over 600 pixels, but I can make do with others.

Thanks, unfortunately the show is from the sixties and dosen't have an official site ... the large images search is useless as well - all of the pictures that turn up are irrelevant!

You are welcome. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Looks like buying photos might be your only choice. Sorry,
Sometimes older stars provide their own photo when you write them so you could try that as well.

Don't worry - I ended up finding a solution! I found a fansite for one of the main actord, and found a lot of HQ photos that way.
I have ordered several photos, but for some reason all but one of them showed up as being low quality, although all of the photos were larger than 1000 pixels. Do you reckon the photos will turn out okay anyway?

Did you copy them from the fansite or are you buying it from them? That wasn't clear to me. I have a computer program where I can enlarge photos that started off small and they turn out most the time but how low quality are you talking about?

They were all free luckily!
The photos I ordered arrived today, and they are all brilliant - great quality so I was worrying about nothing!
