A SASE is a little envelope in a biggest envelope ? isn't it ?

Hi!

First, welcome to the boards! {thumb2}

Then yes, you get it right. SASE is the envelope with your address written on it and with the stapms of the country you are sending to, which you put into the envelope you send to the celebrity. It doesn't have to be necessarily smaller than the other envelope, you can bend it in half
