because for the jonas brothers one i didn't send a picture, and they sent me a really nice 8x10 back.
i want to send to demi lovato, american idol tour cast, and probably jonas brothers, and it is for charity and i want to have nice quality pictures to send...
so my question is do i have to send a picture to them? or can i take a chance again and hope they send me a picture?

I suggest to rather send your own photos. Celebrities normally don't have their own photos when on tour so to be safe, I would rather print and send my own photos, otherwise you might get no success at all.

I always send photos, magazine pictures or photo print outs via venue. It gives you a better chance of getting a response. Sometimes I just send an index card when I cannot find anything I like to print or don't have money to get a photo printed. {thumb2}
