My friend bought IRC for me when she were in Norway, can I used them? And most they have a stamp on? (this one she bought have no stamp on)
How many most I send to get back an answerd from UK? USA? CANADA?

Yes the IRC's should work no matter where you buy them. Each IRC = 20g, so If the celeb sends back 10x8 then I'd say around 2 IRC's. 6x4 would be 1 IRC. Check if the celeb requires you to pay postage first so you dont waste your IRC's.
