I new here and is just about to begin sendig fanmail to my favorite actors. Then I looked at several posts and there was some words I didnt understand. The Words were: SASE and IRC.
And also I wounderd if you have to include a photo for the actor to sign when you request an autograph? Or does the actor usually have photos to send?

I dont know is this is the right place to post my question, but Im having troble getting around on this site.
Hope somone knows the answer to my question and are willing to answer.

SASE means self-addressed stamped envelope.

Half of them are never used

If you're writing to someone at a venue, e.g. when a bands on tour, or someones filming, it's best to send your own photo, but if you write to a celebrity's agency, they usually provide a photo.
