Rubber stamped IRC

Hey there,

Yeah they all have to look the same, it's international, the only thing that is change is the name of the country on the IRC.

But what's the rubber stamp for?

I think the stamp is to make the coupon valid.

If some were stolen for instance, it would stop that person from using them because they wouldn't be stamped. I kind of acts like a signature on a cheque.
