Do you send them an envelope inside the one you sent them? With the correct amount of stamps on the envelope and your address already on it.

Yes The Information You Described Is Called An SASE! (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope)
You Send That To The Celebrity Including Your Letter And photos etc.
