Domestic US Postage

I sent out some letters when i was in America. I was in Missouri and sent to California. I sent a large brown envelope which had inside an SASE of the same size envelope, a photo and a letter. I only put on one 42c stamp so im wondering if it will still reach them?

I'm Sorry To Say It Will Not Reach Them!
I'm In Ireland And When Im Sending My Big Brown Envelopes
I Have To Attach 95c Stamps! Even If It Is Only 10 Minutes Up The Road :-(
