A Question about sending VV...

So I've been looking around here and it seems that everyone is saying that if a cast is at the set or if a band is on tour, you should send it to the venue where they are instead of to the normal address listed and that you should do the same as always, just include a picture for them to sign since they don't have them with them.

So I have a question or two...

Where do you find the addresses to send them to? When should you send them?

Also, is it possible to send one to the whole cast? I was wondering if sending a photo of the HP cast to them while they're filming whatever movie they're on (7, I think) but would more than one sign it? Or is it best just to write to all the different actors? How would you go about doing this?

If there's anything else you can tell me that would help me with this, I'd appreciate it.

I find the address of the venue via the website. For example, if a band played at the Leeds Cockpit, I would type 'Leeds Cockpit' into google, go on their website, and there is usually a button that says 'Contact.' Press that and it has the address on it.
You might also find that some casts have pre-printed photos, like Harry Potter and High School Musical, but personally I would write to the cast members individually, but with bands I'd address it to all of them.
I put my letters in the post about 5 days before the concert. There's a band that I really want, playing on September 2nd, so I'm going to post it tomorrow. {up}
