SASE and IRC

I want to send from USA to USA (state to state) for some celebs and I have no idea how much postage I should use... I have a 5 3/4 by 8 3/4 inch envelope.

I am putting 2 Forever Stamps on the SASE and then 2 on the outside envelope. The cost is outrageous when you start mailing a lot out so I'm not sure if I can make it with just ONE forever stamp or should I stick to what I am doing?


IRCs... I'd like to send a letter with pictures to Alex Pettyfer and I'm from Texas (USA) so I have no idea how many IRCs to send with my letter...

Plus to send a letter to the UK from the US... do you need to go to the post office or can you just mail it with US stamps on the top right?

I have been putting 3 on the outside envelope and 2 on the return one. Everytime I put 2 on the outside one I get it returned saying not enough postage. as for the ircs, do not put stamps on the return envelope. The person will get postage from the ircs to mail back to you. Usually 2 of them does the trick.
