I know this is probably asked a lot, but for every large envelope i use
9"X12", should I put 2 stamps on each enevlope? both the main one and the sase inside? or can i get off with only using one stamp per envelope?

This would depend on the weight of your SAE/SASE and where you are sending your letter. Normally, I put on two stamps because of the price it costs to send out my letters internationally.

When sending a 9x12 US to US, I use a 60 cent stamp, that way I dont waste any money. I normally buy 1 sheet at a time with 20 stamps for $12.

Thats exactly what I do. I like doing that just because every time you send a SASE from US to US you don't waste 28 cents.
37+37= 74
60= 60
74-60= 14
14+14= 28
