So far i've only written to British people as i've been a bit hesitant with cross country writing!

Which US actors and actresses are good with cross country corrospondance and is it better to supply American stamps or these tokens people sometimes send to exchange over there at their post offices?

I've never sent a letter to another country, but I've used Studio Fan Mail, which is free to e-mail, but they send Pre-Prints, but they do look nice

I tried sending one to the friends cast, with the 5 email addresses in the 'to' line, but I got an e-mail back saying that I wouldn't get a reply if I put more than one person on the 'To' line.

I think any US actor would respond anywhere in the world as long as you pay for the return postage. So far I've only come across one actor who does not respond with an IRC, and that is Shia LaBeouf - you need to send US stamps on your SASE to him. The rest all respond overseas. {thumb2} As I'm from South Africa, I always send overseas and everyone replies, from Wentworth Miller to Zac Efron!

Hiya Pies m'dear. I'm investigating US postage now too. And Canadian. Hoping some PCGers can swap stamps for stuff with me. IRCs are just so darn expensive. I want to send to Firefly people I need Captain Tightpant's autograph. Not to mention Sean Maher's, Alan Tudyk's and Jewel Staite's.

If you go to Marks and Spencers or wherever exchanges money, change up some dollar notes, and enclose $2 (£1ish) should be cheaper than IRCs I would do that to Jack Black, but my dollar notes are used as bookmarks

If you use Studio Fan Mail (SFM) don't bother writing a long e-mail. Mine to Ben Stiller is:

Dear Mr.Stiller,

I love your work. You're a brilliant actor.
Please may I have your autograph.

Ask for it in $1 notes, because if you change up £20 you might get it in $10 notes, and then you'd be spending a bit too much postage back
M&S will charge for the exchange as well if they charge for the plastic bags...

Oi you shush! I spent a nice evening going through those emails and have sent emails out to quite a few! I think about 49! Eek! I know they're prepenned and such but i see no reason i can't write to them again when i'm more savvy with posty ones for dedications! I'd still be pleased to get them!

I'm wondering if there are any other email address lists?
